It means Biden takes the side of the US intelligence agency who concluded that Russia hacked into our system.
As opposed to his predecessor, who sided with Russia and said our own intelligence was wrong.

Russia hacks our computers, and Biden rewards Putin with a pipeline and also removed sanctions Trump placed upon Putin's corrupt oligarchs. What a deal, they hack us, and we reward them for it.
Our intelligence agencies were wrong, they were wrong about Saddam's WMDs, wrong about Trump-Russian collusion.

If Biden really wanted to “side” with the US over Russia, he’d be more open to pipelines and fracking within the US.
I’d even go so far as to say that everything Biden has done, since (fraudulently) winning the election, has helped Russia and not hurt them. Iran policy, oil policy, backing the EU’s pipeline from Russia, etc.
It means the opposite of siding with Putin.....I will never forget this day. This is a low point in US history.
Biden FINALLY had a chance to look Putin in the eye at the presser and call him out forcefully, after 5+ years of his party screaming "RUSSIA!!!" at the top of their lungs for all the world's ills, and what did he do?
Nothing. He bailed. He had his own presser AFTER Putin did his and show more anger toward a CNN reporter than Putin.
He didn't call him out AT ALL! Wow.
All Biden did was give Putin a list of infrastructure sites that would cripple the USA, and begged Putin not to hack them. Presumably because if Putin did hack them, Biden does not have anymore Russian pipeline to reward him with.
Who does this??? Who gives our enemy a list of strategic, critical cyber assets and infrastructure. Any enemy would love to know this, you know, just in case they ever do decide to go to war and really harm our nation.
Putin: "Hmm, I wonder where the critical cyber weaknesses are for the USA?"
Putin aide: "Supreme Leader Putin, president Biden just faxed over a list of the top sixteen critical infrastructure, from the energy sector to their water systems."
Putin: "WTF, yeah, that just happened. LOL You can't make this stuff up, 'death to America.'"
Did Biden remove Trump's sanctions against Russian oligarchs and against the pipeline? Yes. You post links showing Trump negotiating sanctions against Russia, and completely dismiss Biden removing sanctions. And Biden did even bother to demand any concessions from Putin, none.
You pretend that because Trump had a different angle on US-Russian diplomacy, that it means Trump was not placing heavy sanctions on Russia. Trump placed many sanctions on Putin. Obama had lame sanctions, like kicking out diplomats, something Trump thought was not productive, and did not actually punish Russia at all.
right after Biden gives a green light to Germany to hand over BILLIONS to the Russians that Joe "sides against"
once again our C-D friends on the left care more about words than deeds.
Joe Biden made it vastly more easy for Russia to be evil but they would rather talk about how their guy "sides with the US"
