How would anyone know? There is no proof when life begins for either side. Ridiculous nonsense.
It is obviously alive. This is one of the many areas where Democrats deny science.
By 15 weeks it has brain waves, has a heart beat, and can feel pain. Now, you might feel the woman's right to choose is more important than that human life, but it is alive, period.

Of course there is...when someone kills a pregnant woman, there are always 2 COUNTS of murder imposed...(this is the legal recognition of an unborn child being a real and separate life).
Well the Framers miscalculated when they set up the Speaker of the House. Of course, they did cover some of the potential abuses by making sure a Speaker does not have to be a member of the House , but they never in their wildest dreams envisioned a place like San Francisco. I think there was a song in the sixties about having to wear a flower in your hair to go there.
But regardless, they miscalculated, being that 800,000 people get to decide how over 300 million have to live under her “ Leadership”. “ Leadership” at the whim of radical leftist donors and hand wringers who hate America, it’s past, many of it’s people, and only care about power and influence. The Day she now longer serves is a Day I would vote in a heartbeat to be a National Holiday.
It is certainly alive. So is a tumor. But it starts out as a clump of cells. When they reach the status of a human being is the question.
It is obviously between conception and able to exist outside the womb.
Neither side really has a logically certain position. So it is and will remain a matter of opinion.
