'If we didn’t have somebody named George Soros in the world, we never would have been charged with anything,' Mark McCloskey said

Quote:
"They dropped all the weapons charges and they charged me with the lowest level of misdemeanor, which is something called assault four, which alleges that I purposely placed at least one other person in apprehension of immediate physical injury," Mark McCloskey told Fox News over the phone after returning from court Thursday. "I said, ‘Well, I guess I did. That was all point of the guns.’"

If you break onto someones private property don't you deserve to be in apprehension of immediate physical injury? Do you think they will get a pardon?

I wonder how much they had to pay in court costs and lawyers fees. They should sue BLM and get that money back.

They need grenades too. In the era of defund the police and antonymous zones everyone should have some grenades.

That couple is being made an example of. They were wrong to point the guns at the mob but they were well in their Rights to stand ready to protect their property and themselves.

I wonder if the guy that broke down the gate to gain access to their street/property is being made to pay for the damages he and the mob did? If not is there really equal justice under the law?

Guilty of two low-level misdemeneanors is not guilty of the two serious felonies originally charged. Gardner knew the initial charges were so outrageous that she'd never convict, so had to add the minor misdemeaners. Purely political prosecution.
