I worked for a number of companies that had to adhere to all sorts of mandates.
This helped many get a leg up ( great opportunity ) for a great paying job so long as
you were able to cut the mustard.
In my almost 40 years of experience it didn't matter if you were the boss's son or daughter,
chalk white, black as coal male or female. Only those talents that shined like onyx and pearl stood
out while the rest ended up on the unemployment line............. Work by merits prevails in the end.
Few people in this world have the capability or support from others that allow them to steal a career.
Response: you are retired. What happened in the past is gone, replaced by the new woke normal.
Please explain how a company which hires a white person over a black person faces sanctions but government gives preference to black people and that is applauded.
The push to hire and promote based not on ability but on skin color is going to such an extreme that when a promotion opens up, whites won’t even bother to apply if they know blacks are applying too.
It’s even creeping into the military. Top brass are now saying their objective is “diversity” rather than getting the most qualified into appropriate positions. And the enemy is listening.
That kind of thinking is going to get a lot of young men and women killed, there are already diversity in the military and should never be used as a social program.
You guys talk about Black folk so much its almost like you are jealous.. lmao.
They are obsessed and paranoid.
