Men dont treat their bodies with as much privacy as a female, so not a big deal in the locker room anyways.

If the men dont care about females seeing them naked, they should not a gay guy either.

Women though are treated special by society and thus get more privacy for their bodies.

Yeah, but that's not always how teammates react, though: a few years ago, when a soccer player came out of the closet, his teammates refused to continue showering naked with him:

I doubt the other players could care less. More than likely they probably always knew and just decided to keep quiet about it because it wasn't their business to discuss.

I don't see the problem, unless some straight guys resent that the gay part of them find him attractive in the nude while in the locker room. If so, they will just have to live with who they are and how they were born. Surely a lot of people aren't born 100% STRAIGHT.

No, that is not how it works unless the male has agreed to take testosterone suppression drugs. That is the last thing a lot of them would be willing to do.

Simply because women find them hot, therefore they reason that gay men are the same way.

I started my day not caring what or who 'random NFL guy' does in his bedroom. I am ending my day still not caring what or who 'random NFL guy' does in his bedroom.

Football is a short career, so the players are all young. If you haven't noticed, young people do not have the same hangups that older folks do about this sort of thing. They really could not care less.

Right-wing radio and social media folks are the only ones who would still have any kind of problem with this. Just a bunch of older folks pining for their youthful days when people had to keep these things quiet.
