Theory that some antibodies produced with vaccines based on the original virus may potentially enhance infection with the Delta. A bit above my pay grade. But it sounds like those antibodies could somehow physically affect the viral binding site to make it more accessible/efficient in binding to human cells.
The tech or process was developed 30 years ago. One has to wonder why this tech wasn't applied much sooner to the vaxxes. Plenty of time to get a traditonal approval.
