Even though Bill is almost like a son to Warren, Warren has long said that he decided to give his money to the foundation because of Melinda.

There were only three board members... the other two being Bill and Melinda.

Guy is 90 years old and basically has stepped down from every board except Berkshire.

Sheesh, if he dies in the next 10 years we'll have people posting how Bill Gates killed him with nano-bots.

He's leaving the board but will continue to support it financially. As others said, he's 90.
