Some of the posts here are just downright laughable with people protesting that promoting diversity and inclusion is not something which will unite people. Some people have very warped views.

Ahh yes, the Muslims will be practicing Christianity and their love for Jewish Americans any day now. Blacks will join hands with Hispanics and Whites by next year, and Asians will no longer be neglected by Democrats.

Some of you folks need to look up tribalism.
They’ve conducted extensive research on infants and even infants are most drawn to and comfortable playing with and interacting with other infants who most resemble themselves. This was found to be true with all races. It’s just how we are as humans. You cannot force things like “attraction” etc onto humans. It’s either there or it’s not. What we have to adapt and learn to do is be civil with each other. And accept the reality that each of us probably will always favor our own race. It’s just how we are wired. And yes some of the most liberal left-wing Democrats? Are fake, they all live among their own and do not practice what they preach. We’ve all seen it!
I get along great with all races, I have no racial issues, but sure, I probably subconsciously am most comfortable and at ease when I’ve been a room or in a town full of people who are the same race as me.
Better start hiring more whites. So many government jobs are dominated by POC
This is true. Went to a younger cousin's school board meeting because she needed a ride and she lives in an area that is 85 percent white, 5 percent black but yet the school had a 100 percent black staff.
