What liberal BS.

The contribution of black slaves to the US in the past was that of a beast of burden, no more than a horse or a mule.

The factories, innovation, and patents that have resulted in modern society and the US were created nearly exclusively by white males.

Given the expense caused by all the crimes committed by blacks and welfare payments, black America would be in the red relative to any compensation paid for the agricultural work performed by their ancestors.

Further, it was not the federal government, but private citizens, who bought and used slaves. Yet, that was 155 years ago and any statute of limitations would have long passed.

Instead of attempting to extort money from the nation, why not avoid criminal activity, study hard in an area in which the economy rewards high incomes, and maintain two parent families? That is the way most people obtain money, rather than begging or grifting.

Default better yet withhold tax from the government for one year

what would happen if you gave a drug addict 1,000$$?????????????????????????

otherwise remove all politicians from office and there might be a chance.... expect fraud, that's what the government tolerates and figures into its budget.

better yet withold tax from the government for one year.

If everyone's income will be confiscated, people will simply stop working, as there would be no point. Almost overnight, we would see a total economic collapse. Law and order, which is already under strain thanks to the BLM and "defund the police" nutcases, would dissolve into total anarchy. Far from paying down the debt, the government would desperately try and cling to power, spending more and more money that they don't have, until the money became worthless and the government collapsed.

Instead, let's try this novel approach: the government should stop spending more than it takes in. I know, crazy, right?

100% of pretax income would be a tax liability to the IRS but only for one year, and penalties for not working the same as past years

You also can liquidate your home but you only get to keep the book value and any proceeds above that go to IRS but only if you sell your home in that one year

I have an idea, don't you write ideas for a while. I'm not going to work for the government to even take 50%, let alone 100%. This is a recipe for WAR. You seen the movie Escape from New York? They have to make a new one call "Escape from D.C." and it would be reality t.v.

And what if we made crime legal for one day every year?

Wake me up when government is sending out checks to cover 100% of my taxes for a year.

Putting aside the absurdity of this suggestion, I'm more interested to know if you actually think there is some merit in the proposal. Why did you come up with this?

Well, the economy would go PHBBBBT. And we would all rise as one and beat the living hell out of the politicians. While that last part doesn't sound too bad, uniting all of us behind a common cause, let's not do that to the economy, OK?
