So America once again illegally bombed Iraq.

Should Joe Biden and his administration be prosecuted under international law?

Yay or Nay?

I don’t read al jazzeera. Their account will be biased to the terrorist-sponsoring state of Iran, and against America and freedom.

This is not an opinion piece. The Iraqi government officially denounced the Biden administration for breeching their sovereignty.

That is a crime in international law.

His action just turned a bunch of right wingers into Iranian sympathizers. LOL.

How so? The only one sympathizing thus far is the OP, and she’s a lib.

Did Biden have the legal authority to do the strikes even under US law?

The OP is right. We are guilty and should hand over another $1.7B in reparations.

No, you can't pay your way out of prison. No bail.

This is about arresting the culprits.

We do what we want to do. The Iraqi government has ZERO say so over any operations or missions we do there. That's part of the price for having us there to defend your country because your army is too sorry to do it themselves.

Huh? We pulled out of Iraq. Why is it still our responsibility to defend their country?
