I agree that high-speed internet is an important infrastructure item that the U.S. is behind on.
I do NOT agree that it is as important as fresh drinking water or electricity; it is more like universal telephone service was. It is important but not vital.
The government does not need to invest in providing internet to everyone regardless of where they live. Private companies are already rolling out services for anywhere in the U.S. and around the world.
Starlink,OneWeb, Amazon, Hughesnet & Viasat are all developing "anywhere broadband" services. Why does the government need to spend to duplicate their efforts?
The last time we spent a boatload of money on rural broadband it had a very limited result.
Then Google, MSN, Apple, etc are UTILITIES and need ro stop their Far Left Bias and need to be regulated to stop.
All one has to do to abide by their user agreement is.... not repeat crazy lies. You can lie, just don't make it blatantly crazy, delusional, and downright schizophrenic.
People cannot live without water. They CAN live without Internet (and even without electricity -- people got along without it even 150 years ago, and some still do.)
What an idiot . . . oops, sorry, I shouldn't insult a senile old man.

Is that really too much to ask of the right-wing?

Freedom of speech... which doesn't apply on the social media sites with their leftist agenda.
I've had the FB police toss me in jail for 3 days for a Trump post I made A YEAR AGO regarding the election... and there was nothing delusional about it.
FB is actually having people troll profiles flagging posts that don't meet their agenda.
I've also been thrown in FB jail for telling a liberal to lay off the kool-aid after he posted some GIF about me being a Trump supporter. FB said I "verbally assaulted" another user.
(But what he posted attacking me was OK)
