No one knows the real percentage because the CDC is only tracking re-infections that result in hospitalization or death.
Pfizer just reported that their vaccine immunity is waning (as of July 8).
So we'll just have to wait and see as more variants appear on the horizon.
CDC still tracks asymptomatic infections in vaccinated people at selected sites around the country. They are not doing large scale screening because the number of positive tests does not justify the expense.

Of course people, including CHILDREN, can voluntarily disclose their health information. However, there is also a "Right to Know" under HIPPA which isn't only for medical professionals.
When I worked in Day Hab and Group Homes as a Mental Heath Technician, I had to read both the medical and mental health history of all the Consumers who I worked with. I wasn't a "medical professional".
Same applied in Special Ed Public Schools. As a 1:1 Para to an unvaccinated child, under HIPPA I had the Right to Know that as did the classroom Teacher for ALL the kids in class. We were prevented under HIPPA from revealing their vaccination status to anyone else; other staff members, or noisy parents.
Of course we had the right to know what child had a food allergy, and could disclose this to others, as a SAFETY factor for this child. Same applied to the students who had seizures for other staff who worked with them.
Don't think you know everything there is to know in other fields not related to your medical profession.
Of course there will be employees with access to medical information who are not "medical professionals". They are still not allowed to reveal that to third parties without patient consent. None of the facilities or schools you worked for would allow you to discuss a child's allergies or seizure disorder with your DH or BFF.
People have been educated about the virus, no need to force a vaccine on the unwilling. Why are the illegal immigrants free to roam the country unchecked and unvaccinated?
