Telfer entered the trials held in Eugene, Oregon, but was not allowed to compete based on the World Athletics guidelines released in 2019. The regulations require runners in international women's events between 400 meters and one mile to have testosterone levels below 5 nonomoles per liter for a span of 12 months.
Telfer initially competed on the men's team at Division II Franklin Pierce. She took time off and came back to compete for the women's team, winning the 400-meter NCAA title in 2019.

I don't think sanity will prevail until these men start winning competitions. I hope the man from Nz wins the Gold in the weightlifting. There needs to be a high profile reckoning.

How can a biological female compete against a biological male and even have a slight chance of winning??

That’s not sanity. The Olympic Committee thinks this guy can compete against biological females just because he has less testosterone than other men (but still more than women!). They think testosterone is all that makes up the difference between men and women athletes. And it isn’t too long before even hormone levels won’t matter, it will be all about how one feels.

According to democrats, if female athletes are not willing to embrace the testicles of a biological man who pretends to be a women, they are a bigoted MAGA nazi and they kill kittens. Whether this is true or not remains to be seen, but cancel culture doesn't seem to care. It's their way, or the highway.
