1) The Democratic party's complete lack of respect for the Constitution.
2) The weaponization of the judicial system (and government in general) to suppress political rivals (another Dem innovation).

Regarding your third item, here's the truth... Some income groups underpay their fair share, others WAY overpay their fair share:

Share of Total Income vs. Share of Total Income Taxes Paid

If the tax code is rigged for the rich, why is the top 1% paying about twice the percentage in federal income tax as their share of the income, per the IRS? The reality is that everyone below the top 10% is underpaying their fair share, with the top 1% (annual income above $540,000) paying twice their fair share in relation to their share of the total income.
