Is it even legal to have gender specific swimming pools and hot tubs?

Sooo what we have here is a balancing act. On one side we have the innocence of children and the comfort of females in a safe space being corrupted and on the other the risk of being sued for barring transgendered people from women only areas.
Perhaps the spa's that are running into this issue where men are getting in to the water with women should be requiring swim suits moving on. No one wants to see some dudes twig and berries.
From what I have read, this place is open 24/7, and even allows people to sleep there overnight. It is said to get “cruisy” at night, more social then therapeutic. A place to see and be seen.
Sounds like one of those "alternative lifestyle" bath houses. If they are going to function in that capacity they should not allow children in to the facility. Now that it is common knowledge that such things happen there, parents should stop taking their kids there even if the facility still allows it.
