What do you conservatives think of this Democrat's solution for achieving smaller government?

Are any unemployed Republicans who feel that Biden has been paying people not to work willing to stop taking their unemployment benefits?

I think there needs to be a safety net, but not a hammock. I think it goes to far to say no help at all, because people do need help - and I'm OK with providing it if it's truly needed.

The last time I was unemployed, I had money because I had recently sold my house - and did not take any unemployment money.

This is always one of the Left's most disingenuous arguments: that if we are partaking of a program that we feel should be done away with, we are somehow not honest or serious.

If you steal $100 from me, each month, and give $50 of it back, I still want my other $50 back.
That isn't dishonest, and I am serious.
