There is no such thing as studying Critical Theory. It is based on Marxism and the founder of Critical Theory, besides saying it looked to remake Marxism, requires that it be practiced.

Marxism is the only belief the Marxist professors teach. They have created since at least the 1980's that Marxism is the only way to believe.
I have posted before a family member was pushed out for being a conservative. He knew it. He has also gone to other schools and he was bulled by his teachers because he is a free thinker and a smart thinker.
He is a self starter.He was too smart to be handled to think like them. He has independent thinking but the Marxist teachers viewed him as a threat to what they were saying. He knew it and spoke often about it. He was not blinded by their messaging .
I'm not sure how you push a student out of a class or a school just for having a different viewpoint. I've attended college classes where there have been a variety of viewpoints and no one was ever pushed out for giving their opinions. Most colleges I know welcome open discussion. I'm not saying it didn't happen to your family member, as I'm sure it must have since you say it did, just not sure why it happened.
If people weren't paying into these programs the government would have a bigger job that it already does to provide for these folks. Many people are irresponsible and would never invest this money or save it for that matter.

It has always been thus. That's what taxes are for. Your taxes go for roads, FAA, public schools, etc. That's the way the system is set up. So yeah, it kinda is your job, lol. I've been paying school taxes on various homes for over 40 years and never had a kid. However, I think it benefits all of us to have an educated populace so I've been happy to do it. The only way out of it is to go live on a deserted island by yourself.
