That wasn't the case with Trump. That's why the elites hated him so much and worked tirelessly to destroy him, brainwash the public and turn them against him, etc. He did not abide by any scripted agenda. He did what he felt was best for America 24/7.
Actually, Trump was the stereotypical Republican President. Tax cuts, Deregulation, etc.
This is a moot point. Unless he up and croaks, Biden will finish his term. Whether he runs again is an open question. If he doesn't, Harris is not going to get a pass into the nomination. It will be another free for all primary campaign.
