In our system if you can't pay a medical bill is call a write off for the hospital and put you on Medicaid. For the majority of us We like our private healthcare. You won't have much cash laying around if your taxes are high and it's too expensive to hire you to work.
Well if you do understand taxes then you would know is not free. We all pay for it in higher taxes and higher cost of living which makes running a business more expensive. You think if you don't get a medical bill but pay higher taxes and a higher cost of living and a lesser quality of health that's better. That's 1 step forward and 2 steps backwards.
