It is in fact true that many states' 2020 elections were illegal because changes in election procedure were made by those unauthorized to do so. According to the US Constitution, only State Legislatures can determine federal election procedures/rules, NOT state or county officials regardless of how many boards of elections they're on.

I mean these Democrats must all be the most brilliant criminal masterminds in the world, or the Republicans are dumb as fence posts.
All I know is that in refusing to admit that several states held unconstitutional 2020 federal elections and prolonging the eviction ban (violation of 5th Amendment's Takings Clause), among other unconstitutional rulings, SCOTUS has completely abdicated their sworn oath to defend and support the US Constitution.

So you know constitutional law better than the Supreme Court judges? That's a remarkable accomplishment. I didn't realize we were in the company of such a distinguished academic scholar here.

It's clear as day in the Constitution, there is no way of misconstruing it. Read it. Only State Legislatures can determine federal election procedures and private property cannot be taken for public use without the government paying just compensation.

No, he’s President now, so bringing up his short comings is relevant, now if we keep bringing up threads about Biden after he leaves office several months later, then you could call it BDS.
Using the term "big lie" to describe the massive and successful effort to rig the election is an outrageous and enormous lie in its own right. It is true that some claims about specific kinds of "fraud" remain neither proven nor disproven, but illegal changes in voting procedures, lying on a gargantuan scale (including suppression of irrefutable evidence of specific acts of corruption committed by Biden), all the stuff discussed in the March 4 Time story, the postponement of the announcement of the Pfizer vaccine, and many other acts of election interference undoubtedly occurred.
Y'all cheated like crazy, even if it may be possible to prove that Trump would have won without the cheating. And calling the complaints of the victims a "big lie" is just more malevolent and mendacious cheating.

What a bunch of malarkey. If TDS was the case when we were bringing up Trump many shortcomings, BDS is worth it over anything with Biden. This ain't Calvinball.
