Biden says things in a goofy way sometimes. What he is driving at is that the neo-Fascist populist Right, most recently personified by Donald Trump, is the greatest threat to our democratic Republic since the Civil War. That would be an indisputably true statement.
Wait…Didn’t Biden just finish saying that “white supremacy” is the biggest threat to Democracy? Which is it?
I'm of the belief that if one has to have food and water while voting then they're probably too frail to leave the house.
The "no food and water" claim is bull**** anyway. Anyone can have both, a campaign or candidate just can't be handing them out like they used to do with whiskey.
Are you really not able to understand how fewer ballot boxes, longer waits and inability to get food & water will effect citizens in a city of 1 million vs those in a town of 50k ?
I have no problem with ID requirements, but these other rules are unjustifiable and make no sense other than making it harder for larger city citizens to vote
Food and water requirements are total BS. People aren't camping out like the night before black Friday to vote. Also, people have the entire day off to vote. Just more excuses....

If you can't figure that one out on your own, then just go ahead and think it's the evil GOP trying to stop these urban Democrats from voting. LOL
I will admit, it is an odd requirement but because of how people are, especially with garbage, I can understand it. The people at the voting precincts have enough to do, much less pick up after people.
They aren't restricted. What is restricted is the distribution to voters while waiting in line to vote by a candidate, Party members or campaigners.
If someone not affiliated to a candidate/campaign does it there's no issue.
That's been the law about what's called electioneering for decades although the Democrats here in Southern Maryland still do the "Shot of whiskey for your vote" thing.
