From what I'd read, it was a review. Do you have anything to show it was more?
Should the tax fraud investigation also investigate things that are unrelated to financials? Shouldn't different wrongful things, like pedophilia, have their own investigation?
There is no good reason to have this directed to the Pittsburgh office other than the fact that this was a Trump friendly DA. There was already an investigation underway in Delaware why would a review be directed to a different office. Most investigations remain in one office, they investigate multiple charges against the same individual as they unfold. Does the Eastern District working on one investigation send different aspects to other offices.

Then there is the issue with the laptop already being subpoenaed months prior to Giuliani's visit if you can believe the Post article. Why would an investigator in Pittsburgh want to see the same information that was already in Delaware especially in the hands of the presidents lawyer. Going on 3 years now and nothing.

Snip
Boy that's some real tin foil reporting by the NY Post using Russia as a source of information.

It was good for Hillary & Co. that Dems swore by for four years that was false.

The scope of the Delaware investigation is financials.
What was the scope of the Pittsburgh investigation...a review?
Is the Pittsburgh investigation continuing? Or was it basically a one shot deal, as in...a review?

Are you against the Jan 6 'committee' investigation also since the FBI is and has been investigating the very same thing? According to your own opinion, "there was already an investigation underway" by the FBI so it was wrong for the "committee" to begin another one. right?

Seems to be a lot of ground to cover regarding the data on the laptop, many different things/crimes, many different people involved, many different countries involved. Besides, apparently the FBI had told Isaac that the laptop would be in "storage", so they may not have even began the investigation into it for the first year. Do you think that since there's no leaks (as like Comey and Mueller had done during the lengthy Russia, Russia, Russia investigation) that nothing is being done?

So the Delaware office couldn't investigate the laptop along with tax evasion, would they involve a third office if something else came about. Besides, according to the Post article the FBI already had the laptop in Delaware but now Giuliani needs to travel to Pittsburg bringing a copy of the same information and that is supposed to be a trusted source.

There are many FBI investigations that parallel congressional committees, that is not the same thing. We are talking about two different US attorney offices.

You stated that Republicans are guilty until proven innocent and Dems are innocent until proven guilty. Peoples' opinions of guilt or innocence have no affect on either. Guilt or innocence is proven in a court of law, of which CD is not.

What about the dossier? GUILTY until you prove yourself innocent (repub only).

russian peeing hookers? GUILTY until you prove yourself innocent (repub only).

The game you are playing is not very smart. There are very clear instances, yet you won't agree?
Trump was not found guilty concerning the dossier. He was not found guilty regarding the hookers. Yes, many on CD have opinions about guilt and innocence, but ultimately both of those verdicts lie with the courts. It doesn't matter what you or I think. I'm not playing any kind of game.

Was it a full on investigation in Pittsburg, or was it just a review?

The confirmation of it being true did not come from Russia but rather from Hunter’s emails.

They've had this laptop for over 2 years now, and yet, nothing has come out about it's contents, let alone, Hunter being held accountable....this is literally unjust and unfair to the American public and our judicial system...a joke.
