Considering how Harris went to the opposite end of Texas to find out what was happening on the other end, will she go to France to learn more about the Cuban situation?

Why is the Biden administration helping Central Americans come into our country, but taking such a hard line against Cubans? What do they have against Cubans?

Would it be the stark difference in political preferences between the two groups? Seems they like the political ideology of Central Americans, but not Cubans.

I guess the Democrats have just given up on Florida by telling Cubans to go pound sand, not that it matters much with them getting Texas soon.

I'm against all of this asylum claiming nonsense for the most part anyway. People need to start fixing their own damned countries as we cannot be the saviors to the whole world by allowing them all into our country. We need to set very strict limits on it.

It is true though that Biden knows that Cubans mostly vote Republican and Mexicans and Central Americans mainly vote Democrat so I'm sure that's his motive.

If Texas turns blue it will mainly be because of illegal immigration and anchor babies from south of our border. No wonder the governor wants to erect his own wall on the border, etc.

American mafia lost A LOT of money when Fidel took over and kicked them all out. This was never forgotten.
Cuba, not really being an American ally yet, being so close to the country, is eyesore. It is eyesore and pabble in, otherwise, comfortable shoe of the American establishment as they can see it, but they can't get it. And yet, Cuba survived 60 years of blockade and sanctions.
That brings to another point - it's the spirit of the people, that irritates the hell out of them.
Also, by now, the 2nd largest business in the world is narcotics. Makes sense with Latin america now?

Kamala and her root causes. Why doesn't she just focus on the needs of the American people and let these countries figure out how to fix their own "root causes"? Nothing we can do about it anyway that we haven't done already to help these countries. Time to cut the apron strings and let them all sink or swim.

American imperialism. I haven't heard that one since Marxism went out of style at the end of the Vietnam war. Seems it's back for real. The derivative chants and lingo identify the beast.

There are certain hack buzzwords, phrases and even songs that the left refuses to leave at rest in the pop cultural graveyard. This is one of them. The feckless Texas runaways couldn't help whining out an off-key buttpuckery verse of "We shall overcome" ... that's another.

I find it interesting how the Cubans who can't stand the socialist/communist government are waving America flags and ignorant Americans are burning their own flag.

America truly would be a better country if we could just send our liberals to Cuba and we take the Cubans in return. That way everyone gets what they say they want.

I swear if I hear her say 'root causes' one more time. It's her favorite phrase to use which only means, I'm going out of town for a day or two but I'm not going to accomplish anything but a photo op and the pretense of helping solve a problem. I can't stand that do-nothing person.
