You don't need to go to a hospital to get tested for COVID, I'm pretty sure that she could get tested right at her residence without an issue. So her visit to the hospital could very likely be for a "routine" medical check-up.
However, given today's environment and her possible exposure, I think it would be negligent for the doctor(s) to not test for COVID.
So for her to say that she won't get tested because she is vaccinated makes no sense. As you still have Countries such as the Caymen Islands requiring a quarantine of vaccinated people and proof of a negative test. So if both are saying the policies and choices are based on some science..which science is right?
Just imagine what would be being said if the (D) next to people's names were changed to (R)
