So I’m summary, HCQ failed to prevent covid (at least in Trump’s case), and neither he nor his doctors he considered it a valid treatment for covid either.
Really...front line doctors took HCQ with z pack and it worked for them and their patients. So I wouldn’t say HCQ is a total failure.
Btw... The UK chief scientific advisor Patrick Vallance said that almost half of people being admitted to hospital with covid have had both doses of the vaccine. So would you say the vaccine has been a failure?

Just wait until the COVID cases from those vaccinated kick into gear.
There is a cheap, safe, method for fighting COVID that all the experts knew about - and they chose to create vaccines and take a ton of government money... and in the end, people can still get COVID.
That's what it looks like to me as well. Just like with almost any disease.... there's an expensive way to fight it, and most likely, a cheap way to fight it -- but you'll have to figure that way out yourself.

Trump never said the oral treatment didn't work. The people that did are on the hook..... Is it a coincidence, they are all banking off the VAX profits(stock portfolios)
I love that you guys point to a country run by an authoritarian leader, who released data that is completely false, then later died of Covid, as proof that US got it wrong. So Trumpian.
I don't know if HCQ was what saved Tanzanians. But I do know that HCQ was initially given emergency approval by CDC to treat coronavirus. The CDC would not have done that if there was no possible benefit when used by doctors in the hospital. The CDC only later retracted it because they were afraid people would try to obtain the drug and self-treat.
