If you're of the ilk that cannot just accept that sometimes things play out and not everything has some grand conspiracy with a cabal of the rich behind it, have at it. I prefer to believe we DID land on the moon, 19 hijackers got lucky and DID catch us with our pants down and that big pharma did not launch a pandemic just to get government contracts to give out vaccines.

Confidential Documents reveal Moderna sent mRNA Coronavirus Vaccine Candidate to University Researchers weeks before emergence of Covid-19

https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2021/06/18...e-of-covid-19/

It appears as though Moderna and NIAID sent samples of an mRNA coronavirus vaccine to researchers at the University of North Carolina weeks before the Covid-19 outbreak in China in December of 2019.

Just a coincidence I suppose?

How is this possible?
How did Moderna know there would be a coronavirus outbreak?
Why were they already working on a vaccine for Covid-19 before Covid-19 officially existed?

This is from Moderna's official website regarding the 7 patents that make up their mRNA Covid-19 vaccine:
https://www.modernatx.com/patents

Click on all 7 patents and look at the filing date for each patent (on the left side). Ignore the date of when the patent was awarded (top right), what's important is the date when the patent was filed. In 6 of the patents, the filing dates were long before December 2019, which is when the new Covid-19 virus suddenly emerged (or so we're told).

Only one of the patents (the second on the list) shows a filing date after Dec. 2019, showing of Feb 28, 2020.

Anyone care to explain what is going on?
The patent on the Kung Flu 1984 was made years prior to that.

"It appears" they did, or they did? Was it A coronavirus vaccine or was it a vaccine for SARS-CoV-2?

There are several coronaviruses out there that affect humans, they’ve been around for centuries if not millennia. Research has been going on for years.

The first known case of the novel coronavirus was 31 December 2019, so the patents for the processes to get to producing a viable vaccine doesnt seem too extraordinary to me. NIH didn’t stop it, so I’m guessing the process is not a scandal. I don’t see a bombshell, but I certainly could be missing something.

These companies want to make a profit from their work (intellectual property) which may become problematic like so many brand medicines that won’t go generic.

Here’s a short, interesting read: it’s a little tech heavy, but informative regarding of the patent processes Re COVID-19.
