Of course he does. We all do. It boils down to how badly one wants it. If he has the desire to create computer software, he can make something out of himself by getting a good education, and learning about the tech industry as much as possible. He can go on YouTube and watch educational videos and get books on it. He can research colleges that offer the best bang for his buck. He can get financial aid for tuition if you choose not to pay for college.

This nutbag so-called "doctor" last year here in the Twin Cities demanded that the Minnesota Twins baseball logo (which is TWINS, so, they are of the same race, presumably) be changed to one white guy and one black guy. Of course, MN was well over 90% white not long ago, is still one of the whitest states in America (at 86%), and moreover, blacks only make up like 5% of our entire population. Cities crime rates must explode in the name of your God, diversity. Universities must lower their standards in the name of your God, diversity. Fortune 500 companies must lower the standards of their upper managment in the name of your God, diversity.
The USA men's basketball team could easily have put their God, diversity, front and center, as I am sure there are plenty of Latino, Asian (Jeremy Lin?) and other players who would have been proper fits to implement your goal of your God, diversity, but you obviously are dishonest, at best.
