Where does the constitution define an embryo or fetus has another human's life?
Where does the Constitution enumerate a right to abortion? At the time it was written, there was no right to abortion. Nor does the Constitution currently enumerate any such right.
Isn't it amazing that pretty much no one has used that argument successfully when charged with non-abortion fetal homicide?
Yet... There are more Constitutionalist SCOTUS Justices now. And it's about time as ALL SCOTUS Justices swear an oath to support and defend the US Constitution, NOT their imaginary emotions-based musings.

Why are you unable to answer questions posed to you?
At the time women were in fact having legal abortions.

And yet as we have seen in the arguments or opinions on two abortion related cases, not one of them has any interest in the subject you are apparently obsessed with.

They were. But, at the founding, states generally followed English common law on the matter, which prohibited abortion at "quickening" or when women could start to feel movements from the body growing inside of them. This usually happens around the 15-20 weeks mark, which folks on the far left today would still be against in terms of bans. Heck, Mississippi's law only bans after 15 weeks.
I and nobody on this thread ever said women are stupid all the time.
95% of all unintended pregnancies are due to the failure to use birth control at all (54%), or using it incorrectly/inconsistently 941%), thereby necessitating over 98% of all abortions. Is deliberately failing to control one's own fertility smart or stupid? You tell me.

You are assuming it is always deliberate. I am saying, s%%*< happens. You cant seem to differentiate between the two.
