That's unconstitutional. State laws cannot allow only some to kill another human for the sake of their own convenience without allowing others to do so, as well.

That is only your subjective and quite illogical opinion.
That's why I've repeatedly told you all the TRUTH that if states can restrict 2nd Amendment Rights, and they do, they can also restrict any "perceived" right to abortion. There's no need to explain that, and I really don't understand why so many of you just don't get that.
All rights are restricted within society, and the restriction of rights is a fundamental part of society. Gun rights are restricted for the safety of the community, abortion rights are restricted for the sake of controlling women's bodies. Boiling rights down to absolute freedom is the logic of a toddler.
