Are you on the Supreme Court? Who are you to be the one to decide what is unconstitutional?

They DO have categories for the risk to the mother's life, risk to mother's health, problem with baby's health, rape, and incest. ALL of those constitute only 1.7% of all abortions.

Again, you delete important parts of my post. I did not just say "Fetal homicide laws exclude abortion." Here is what you are responding to. Don't cherry pick.

Fetal homicide laws exclude abortion. Why are you in such denial that lawmakers make that distinction? Go lobby the lawmakers if you want that changed.

In cases of abortion, the woman's life is considered more important than the potential life she carries. Why can't you understand that?

There is no enumerated right to abortion. There IS a specifically enumerated Constitutional Right of the people to keep and bear arms which CANNOT be infringed.

So all the hundreds of times you copied and pasted these stats, the word "convenience" was yours? Makes one want to discount a lot of other "facts" you have posted.

So? One has nothing to do with the other.

That does not in any way make the remaining percentage abortions for convenience.

That is only your subjective and quite illogical opinion.

All rights are restricted within society, and the restriction of rights is a fundamental part of society. Gun rights are restricted for the safety of the community, abortion rights are restricted for the sake of controlling women's bodies. Boiling rights down to absolute freedom is the logic of a toddler.
