Sentence? Murder one (the intentional killing of another) is typically 30 years or more.
I appreciate you not evading the question. You like the constitution so you would support due process. Before sentencing she get a trail, evidence, witnesses. What standard for “cause” do police use to begin investigation of an individual woman for eventual prosecution? Just being a woman between 12 to 50? Should we have hot line if the public thinks a woman aborted? How do you discover the crime and prosecute?

54% weren't using any birth control at all. Another 41% used it incorrectly or inconsistently, such as not taking one or more daily pills during a cycle.

The same standard by which killers are prosecuted for and convicted of fetal homicide.

Fetal homicide by someone other than the mother is easy to prosecute. How do you get evidence on a woman who self aborts at home?

The point being a good percentage of women were on some type of birth control when they got pregnant.

How to hold killers responsible? Send them to prison for killing another human life.
What countries send women to prison for getting abortions? If any do so, are they considered civilized and advanced? Or do they only send doctors to prison who give illegal abortions?

Do you have an example of a case where a healthcare provider was actually charged with murder for performing an abortion?

How do fetal homicide laws equate to killing a 6 year old? They don't.

So, you want to do away with self defense laws? After all, killing is killing, right?
