If Roe is overturned then women will be bound by Christian tyranny. There's no other way to put it. It's all about conservative Christians trying to impose their beliefs and world views on everyone else. While they hide behind the 10th Amendment and state's rights for now, you know if they had their way they would make abortion bans illegal nationally if they could.
Well, laws are still aggressively enforced on Prostitution and drugs at the federal, (and most states) level too!! (both clearly have their origins in 'Christianity'.
You're a woman and you don't know that the last line of defense for hormonal birth control is the mechanism that prevents a fertilized egg from implanting if the primary mechanism fails and results in a fertilized egg? Wow.
Hormonal birth control prevents ovulation. It tricks the body into thinking it's already pregnant so ovulation is temporarily halted. That's why a daily pill must actually be taken every day, to keep the level of hormones present in a woman's body to prevent ovulation. How do you not know that? You must be either not a woman, or extremely ill-informed if you are one.

Yes and they won't be satisfied with overturning Roe. If they succeed in getting a court to say there is no right to privacy/liberty in this area, they will be back to overturn birth control or some forms of it.
That won't have any traction with sane conservatives so they will then move on to banning gay marriage and reactivating anti-sodomy laws as well as possibly marriage between the races. Who knows what they are capable of. Gotta have red meat for their base.

Hormonal birth control prevents ovulation as a first line of defense; second line of defense is changes to the body making it inhospitable to sperm; third line of defense when the first two fail is thinning the uterine lining to prevent implantation of a fertilized egg.......you know one of those cute little critters that might cure cancer if allowed to live.
The third line of defense causes a medically induced abortion which is silent and goes unnoticed by the woman. Guess that's why you didn't know you probably aborted more than one fetus if you were using hormonal birth control. Or, did you just think it worked perfectly for you because you are so special?
They aren't, because any unborn baby doesn't automatically acquire human rights until the moment it's born. If I'm wrong, then why did Mississippi voters refuse by 58% to grant personhood or human rights to everybody starting at the moment of conception?
As shamefully high as infant mortality is in Mississippi, I wish that state would worry far more about how to solve that problem.
according to CDC link, there were 319 infant deaths in MS in 2019. Do you believe there were 10x or 100x the abortions?
You have already prevented more female births using birth control than any woman not using birth control and having an abortion.
You can't atone for that by forcing other women to have more children.
You and the state have no more right to chain a woman to a bed and force her to deliver a child than you have a right to grab some random black person off the street and shackle them to your stove to cook your dinner.
Your sides war on women doesn't just involve their attempt to ban abortion. Virtually everything your side supports or fails to support is a war on women.

are y'all parroting each other, or did a new talking points handbook come out?
