RBG let her emotions cloud her judgment. That's a HUGE mistake when it comes to a SCOTUS Justice. They swore an oath to uphold the Constitution, not to rewrite it according to their "feelings."

Again RBG legal mind vs your’s. RBG can be clouded or drunk, she still understands the law far better than you. Your equal protection clause doesn’t hold water.

Not when she acted/ruled according to her "feelings" instead of actually upholding the US Constitution, which she often did and violated her sworn oath.

That is why they say almost nothing during confirmation hearings. Every nominee on both sides lies.

RGB and all the other justices are very smart legal experts. But it all comes down to politics and if they view this country from a left or right prism. Otherwise why in important cases does it usually go down to everyone lining up on the left or right to vote? And why each party wants their POTUS to be able to fill SCOTUS seats. Its all politics. The only judgement is defending voting the way they do and claiming its not for political reasons.

I'm a follower of Kim Clements prophecies (which have been almost near complete accuracy), and he stated a decade plus ago that during the time between Trump and the President with the double mind, abortion law would be ousted on the Federal level. Was a bit hesitant on believing this, but faithfully accepted it. Really looks like its going to happen.

RBG's "legal mind" was the consistency of pea soup the last 10 years she was on the Court. Even before then, there is nothing brilliant or even remarkable about her jurisprudence. She always followed her politics, not the law.

There are many states that already have laws on the books to severely restrict or outlaw abortion if Roe v. Wade is overturned. I will have to look up a link for that.

Here you go.

You are getting into very dangerous territory by insulting RBG.

Overturning Rowe v Wade will motivate a lot of democratic and independent voters in the midterms, perhaps a blessing in disguise for the Dems.
