Yes they do. With Democrats removing the social stigma that comes with being a single mother, and financially subsidizing such households, plenty of folks resort to "welfare kids" as a way of life. They even demand taxpayers feed their kids with tax payer breakfast, lunch, and dinner via public schools.
Having a baby you can't afford has never been more profitable, with these types of taxpayer bailouts..
Again, not true at all. There are no facts to support your supposition. Average SNAP amount for a child is $150 per month. No one will purposely go on welfare for that. School meals aren't available until the child is 5 or 6.
I don't. They're equal. Neither has priority over the other. They must coexist. Just like you cannot legally kill someone who's an "inconvenience" in your life such as someone to whom you owe a debt, your landlord, etc., to extinguish an "inconvenient" obligation.
And FWIW, at least half of the unborn children aborted, killed to be specific, are female. What about their rights?
Your plaintive mewlings on fetal homicide laws notwithstanding, a fetus isn't a person.
I'm a follower of Kim Clements prophecies (which have been almost near complete accuracy), and he stated a decade plus ago that during the time between Trump and the President with the double mind, abortion law would be ousted on the Federal level. Was a bit hesitant on believing this, but faithfully accepted it. Really looks like its going to happen.
Prophecies? Total hogwash. It's hard to believe that people actually don't ignore that stuff.
Not when she acted/ruled according to her "feelings" instead of actually upholding the US Constitution, which she often did and violated her sworn oath.
RBG's "legal mind" was the consistency of pea soup the last 10 years she was on the Court. Even before then, there is nothing brilliant or even remarkable about her jurisprudence. She always followed her politics, not the law.
Regardless of your subjective opinion, RBG has a far sharper more educated legal mind than any poster here.
Oh really. Where in the Constitution does it say that?
