Are those who already have immunity cynics too?
We call your type, bitter
Vehement antivaxxers are cynics. Skeptics will change their mind when evidence is presented to them. Cynics will not.

There are plenty of good reasons for people to be skeptical about the Covid vaccines. A conversation can be had with skeptics because they are cautious, but curious. I think this is completely healthy. I was skeptical at first and wanted to know more than the information that was first presented.

There are not good reasons to be cynical.

IME Anti-vaxxers in the past were more commonly far leftist, naturalists. And their basis was commonly relying on unorthodox medical misinformation. i.e. Prevention magazine. These days at least on these political forums the anti-vaxxers are coming from the right and relying on mainly politically based unorthodox medical misinformation. i.e. Bitchute.

They have been on both the right and left for a long time.
