Nuance really isn't your thing, huh?

Keep believing what you're told, like a good corporate media consumer.
Actually, that's exactly what you said: "Just because someone breaks the law, doesn't mean the government can then do the same."

You are saying that by prosecuting these criminals the government is "breaking the law." It's hard to deny what you yourself said only a few posts up.

They still think it was an "Insurrection"....

These people will believe anything, as long as it aligns with their pre-conceived political notions and has an "authoritative" source.

Yeah, is pretty harsh in comparison to the softer on crime states. For the hypocrites, suddenly that's an issue.

Wrong again.

Prosecuting them for trespassing is not breaking the law.

However, beatings and solitary confinements are.

I don't have to defend myself to you, a true insurrectionist who seems to be OK with BLM burning down minority owned businesses and committing pure violence in the streets for months on end.

It's almost like you have an incredibly biased blind spot.

Jan 6 protesters being held in indefinite pre-trial detention in DC for as little as “trespassing” into the Capitol building have reportedly been placed on lockdown in retaliation for a Fox News show on Sunday where Mark Levin, Julie Kelly and Senator Ron Johnson exposed how they’re being tortured, beaten, racially abused and locked in solitary confinement.

B-b-b-b-but CNN isn't reporting it, so it can't possible be true!

Documented claims and documented events are two very different things. You claimed the latter, but only provided evidence of the former.

Dozens are still held in isolation after 6 months.

It is still less than the average federal prisoner? Why should they get special treatment? which they largely have since they have largely not been detained.

I am sure CNN and the NY Times will be investigating to find out the truth any moment now...

Oh no? They're not the slightest bit interested because they're afraid what they'll find blows up their narrative?

Keep believing the "News".....
