The Dow closed above 30,000 for the first time during Trump's presidency. In fact, it is always going up.

This article gives a quick explanation why the Dow has been going up for 124 years.

Basically it's because they switch out the bad stocks and use the good ones as index.

Nothing to do with Biden or Trump.

The same market that was jittery about the rise of the delta variant in red zones could also feel a little reassured that Republican leadership seems to be taking covid a little more seriously on paper now.
