There is no private property in Communist Marxist government run countries. You pay off your mortgage(taken from the word mortality) You DO NOT receive Title/Ownership do you. What do you get? You get a Deed. A Deed mean someone else is holding title and you are the caretaker.
Demand TITLE to your Private Property and quit paying taxes on your inalienable right.

This is a fundamental misunderstanding of the concept of ownership.
People who conflate collateral and ownership love to babble about how banks own your house if you have a mortgage, but that is false. You can raze that house if you want. Why? Because if belongs to you. You can sell it, because it is your house to do with what you please. Hell if your house gets foreclosed because you owe 100k and the bank sells it for 150k do you know what happens with the that extra 50k? Yours, because you own the house and the bank just has 100k as collateral.

This is like those "you don't need a driver's license to drive" rants... it might be technically true on some level, but good luck with that. You're not going to get way with owning your property without paying property taxes. If anything I'd increase property taxes if the land is being held by a trust, corporation, LLC, or other wealthy/large entity, to keep assets from being bought out by the super rich and investment firms, which is exactly what's going on right now. Whether it's real estate or land, wealthy people are buying them up, and then companies like Blackrock will gobble them up. $10 trillion assets under management now.
