There were violent riots in multiple major cities. Social media was full of hysterical liberals having public meltdowns. They were demanding recounts, demanding that Trump be investigated, even calling for his assassination. Madonna got in front of thousands at the Women's March and called for bombing the White House.

It was disgusting and pathetic. Frankly it made me ashamed to be an American, for the first time in my life.

The extremism of the liberals, juxtaposed with the moderate and constructive policies of the Trump Administration, were striking. Trump fought for many of the causes that liberals used to espouse: uplifting working people, opportunities for disadvantaged minorities, withdrawal from foreign wars.

Now you have a guy who's taking us down a very dark path. The workers are being kicked to the curb, big tech is being coddled, civil liberties are being eroded.

Congratulations. You asked for it.
No way were the protests from the left anywhere near the scale of the right wing temper tantrums STILL occuring as we speak. Remind me again, when is the pillow man going release this "evidence" he's been hording that will reinstate Trump to the Presidency? August? That's tomorrow you know. But, hey, that falls on a Sunday so we'll give him till Monday. Fair enough?

Trump gained a half a million more votes in 2020 than in 2016 in all the battleground states.

and yet, he still finished 8 million votes behind Biden. No one cares about this idiotic claim that proves only that more people overall voted in 2020 than in 2016.

Yeah? And? Biden still won not only the electoral votes but the popular vote as well. As a matter of fact, Trump lost the popular vote in 2016 and 2020. This adoration you guys carry on for your messiah is sounding increasingly hollow. We outvoted you plain and simple. Trump motivated us to get out and vote like nothing else could have. We wanted him GONE and that's what we got. Only in America!

When large numbers of voters turn out, Democrats win. Why do you think the red states are trying so hard to make it more difficult to vote? It's because they see the writing on the wall. The Trump brand of far right conservatism (and to a lesser extent, traditional conservatism) is dying. They'll stop at nothing to keep their grip on power. All they're going to accomplish with these efforts is to motivate us even more.

Also worth pointing out that Trump made historical gains in black and Hispanic votes as well. Some reliably Democratic districts in south Texas that are predominantly Spanish speaking broke for Trump in 2020.

And in 2021, the Democrats are losing the Hispanic vote. By flooding the country with illegals, they have angered the legals, the ones who came here properly and have built prosperous lives, who now are feeling lumped in with a bunch of trespassers.

If the Hispanic vote tips toward the GOP, the Democrat Party is through, even in California. The Hispanics are that numerous.

Voting laws were relaxed and ignored. Mail-in voting ballots were sent to millions of people who no longer lived where the ballot was sent. Big tech and news media went all-in repressing anything that made Biden look bad and massively exaggerating everything that made Trump look bad. The obvious fact was that 2020 was a game where whoever was the best cheater would win. The Democrats cheated in every conceivable way. They won. Simple as that.
And also how it was possible to win big in Florida, Ohio, and Texas and somehow lose the election.

That's never happened before in history.

Mike Lindell can say what he wants. Just for defending Trump, he's been boycotted by 20 major retailers, which doesn't really hurt him -- he's worth about $330 million -- but it could potentially hurt a few thousand low wage employees (many of them minorities) who manufacture the MyPillow products in the USA.

Boycotting an entire corporation over what the CEO says is pretty childish, in my opinion.

Anyway, it doesn't matter that much; conservatives all have bookmarked the mypillow website and buy direct. I probably buy from them about once every month or two. And in fact just because of the above comment, I'm going to go there and look for something else to buy! I need a couple of nice new bath towels....

As for the above claim that right wing temper tantrums are worse... it seems to me that mobs of screaming Democrats smashing shop windows, burning police cars, throwing rocks and molotov cocktails etc. far outweighs a bunch of Republicans complaining on social media about an obviously rigged election. And getting banned from most social media just for implying it.

It just proves that conservatives have an old-fashioned American view that political differences should be debated and talked out, whereas liberals have more of a Hitlerian or Stalinesque view that political differences should be stamped out and silenced.
