Overall, 49.3% of Floridians are fully vaccinated as of yesterday. That's below the national average of 50.5% https://usafacts.org/visualizations/.../state/florida

Note that it's the red states that are bringing down that average. The blue states are all above the national average.

The facts don't bear out your premise about DeSantis being anything special with regards to vaccine penetrations.
The CDC had this come out in Dec 2020. Gov DeSantis IMMEDIATLY dispatch the vaccine to nursing homes and then the most at risk.
https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019...s-process.html

Governor DeSantis can not force people to vaccinate. At this point you can go anywhere in Florida and get the jab from sun up to sun down. Who doesn't know this... so it's safe to say who ever wants to get the jab can do so very easily. Still have adds on TV promoting the jab.

Shall we go door to door as Biden suggested?

Example of the message? I didn't get it.

Gov DeSantis has/is and continues to be, a vaccine advocate. You're making stuff up, we call that lying.

[quote=Dave_n_Tenn;61620185]Kids don't spread covid like adults and kids certainly don't wear masks properly. the science is both for and against masks, but it's a lot of reading.

Where does this logic come from?

Of course they spread it, they spread it more, they pick their noses and wipe it on door handles and toys and cough all over things... holy moly.

He has not gone against the science in any respect, ever. You're just repeating stupid lies calculated to bamboozle stupid voters.

Just drove from Mass to The Keys, stopped in a bunch of places along the way.. life is back to Normal in MA/RI/CT/NY/NJ/NC... didn't see a mask anywhere, was outside with 1000's of people in NJ...

Got to Florida.... guess what? Everyones wearing masks again inside...why? Because the unvaccinated made this a hot spot. Good job Gov. and anti-vaxxers.. enjoy your masks, the NC to Mass are back to normal..

Yes, he has. He is actively trying to force schools to not be able to require masks, which is against the recommendation of "science". He is being sued over it as of today.

Can you for once get your facts straight. He issued an executive order against restrictions, this should work out well with kids returning to school next week.
