Good. Trump has been fighting his tax returns becoming public for years. What is he afraid of?

Who cares if a biased Justice Department says the panel has offered "sufficient reasons" for requesting the material?

In my opinion he has every right to privacy except in the case of a criminal investigation.

I do wonder why all the congress people who think it is important to see a President's taxes don't also release their taxes.

When the information is leaked I hope they hold the leakers to a high standard. Notice I don't say "if" the information is leaked (But wo knows I could be surprised).

I guess the righties forget that Trump promised on multiple occasions that he would release his taxes and then never did.

Looks like the court is going to make him make good on his promise.

This wasn't a court... it was the partisan DOJ.

I don't care about Trump's tax return, but I am interested in the $$$ Hunter Biden made from foreign governments for doing nothing, but the liberals are burying that. Congress can waste some more of the taxpayer's money with their personal hatred toward Trump.

When do people stop caring about what Trump did or didn't do and look at the current administration's failures? You do know Trump isn't President anymore? And you do know that Trump himself didn't prepare his taxes, professionals did?

Oh, how short some of our memories are these days!

The DOJ decision announced today came in the wake of the SCOTUS ruling in February that said trump had to give them over to Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance.

The last time I checked, the SCOTUS was "a court".

In the interim since that February ruling, the DOJ has been studying it's options in response to that ruling. In other words, they did not rush in and decide immediately as a highly-partisan trump DOJ would have done if the shoe were on the other foot.

Read it and weep!!!!
