If nobody cared, it wouldn't be in the news, and you wouldn't be commenting on it. Fact of the matter is, plenty of people care. And plenty of people are perfectly happy to point out the hypocrisy and lies of a Hollywood A-lister.

A possibility that has been overlooked, is that Damon works as a woodcutter when he isn't acting - at the end of he day, he might bundle the left over sticks together to sell as kindling ... this would explain the use of the word "f*****".
I am gay and have used that word many times. Even many times in a day, my friends have all used it and pretty much anybody on earth claiming to have never said this or the N word are ****ing full of ****.

This is the problem with both the extreme left and extreme right. They both end up at the same place of cultural cultism and authoritarianism. The challenge we all face is that the way “journalism” is monetized the minority extremes get all the attention. Shock value sells so it makes it seem mainstream when neither extreme is.
We see people we like who at times do things we don't like. But he's just an actor. Most of them can't relate to the average person.
People also do not seem to recognize that actors are NOT the characters they play for the cameras! Some prime examples are Kid Rock, Miley Cirus...people see their antics on TV and believe this is how the real person is...well, that is completely wrong!
These actors are playing a part, to reach their intended fans...who they are in real life is always very different.
There was one thread about Kid Rock, many people apparently believed he was the same way he acts in front of the cameras, or on stage. LOL At the end of the day, 'Kid Rock' is among the Elite Class, he has teams of people planning his life and image...(his image is a hip redneck), who drinks beer and smokes weed all the time. LOL ( I can guarantee...that is NOT how the real Kid Rock is in his private life)...he probably has very nice homes and estates all over the country, one in the Hollywood Hills probably!
