Nothing could be done to stop the spread of a respiratory virus there... Cuomo or anyone else wouldn't succeed... New York and the metropolitan area have 20 million people crammed on top of each other... It's the biggest urban area of the country.... cannot be compared with any other state.

https://www.statista.com/statistics/...ork-by-county/

Cook County aka Chicago had a per capita death rate of about 216 landing them outside of the top 10 counties in NY.

People have been spinning the whole "population density" thing and there is some contribution due to it but crutching off it as the entire excuse\explanation does not hold up to scrutiny.

Again, the key point here is another poster claiming Cuomo was the national leader getting us through this pandemic. You agree with that statement given his actions and results?

Maybe, like the surrounding states, Covid just doesn't like people from New York.

Andrew is pretty smooth, and he did lead the Nation through the Covid mess, while the president diddled around saying it was all a hoax. He'll serve out his term and likely not run again (if he's smart, or has more chutzpah than i think he does).
He was directly responsible for the deaths of many people.
Many, many people!

He did jack and only the totally blind believe otherwise.
You have completed the indoctrination course fully.

You better believe if he was a Republican she'd have subpoened his tax returns already just to go fishing.

Well, give her a break, it's not like Cuomo was guilty of accepting free parking

This supposed "idiot and jerk" was not permitted to prosecute; she completed her task in a more than satisfactory manner. It was not in her mandate, but others can now proceed with prosecution.

Politically I think that is a good thing, since it removes a potential source of bias from the investigation.

Yes he did. His actions lead to the highest rate of Covid deaths of any state in the nation. Well-except NJ, where most infections occurred within 50 miles of NYC, meaning Cuomo's actions likely killed a lot of NJ citizens as well. All while he refused to utilize the hospital ship and emergency hospital space provided by Trump. But hey, he whined and cried on TV daily. Good enough to win points with leftists.

With Trump, there was no evidence because he did not do anything.
