I find that offensive. If compliance is necessary, I'd be angry.
CoVid vaccination is voluntary and probably will be forever. However, there may be conditions to certain jobs, entry, participation just like we had for drug screening for jobs, breath tests for driving, competency exams and continuing education requirements for professional and trade jobs.
Make them comply? How at gunpoint..if they refuse what next a FEMA non compliance camp? Good idea if one is thinking like a Nazi or tyrannical dictator...
9.6% out of 12.4% population have one dose which is 77.4% for blacks.
For whites it is 58.4%/61.2% = 95.4%
So if you think that 77.4% isn't much different than 95.4% that have had at least one dose then we will have to agree to disagree but it most certainly is not "lies and propaganda".
If you just subtracted 12%-10% and 61%-58% and didn't see much difference then you were looking at it wrong.
