Pretty hard to call mine fake. It has the batch # , bar code, date, of both manuf. vaccines. All I'd have to do is have it scanned, and its in the data base to see if its been duplicated. It double checks that no other person has that same batch#, bar code, date and MY name listed beside it.
Not sure how other states are doing it, but my local area is set up to log each administered dose and to enter it into the system to record. Once recorded the good ole providers get a kick back from the govt. They are not going to let anyone steal their $$ .
Thats 5 years in federal prison, and probably more for the doctor since he stole multiple, but then again, i doubt a doctor is that stupid.
Everyone by now knows that the US prison population is already at a record high and they have been trying hard to lower the numbers of incarcerated. The 5 years is just a scare tactic.
Fines are all they can do for now. And especially so if it happens in the millions.
I just don't want to be fooled by fakes. I want to stay safe.
What exactly are you doing to stay safe? Are you asking family and friends to show you their vaccination cards? Strangers in a store? People next to you crossing the street?

Using fake documents when crossing an international border is insanity.
For Americans and other foreigners, besides a fine or jail time, you will probably be banned from entering Canada for life.
