As fun as it is to point out how senile Joe is, his sycophants still think he is a freaking genius. I think it's a unique event for Biden to speak before the public and not mumble-stumble and make an ass of himself. He's gotten to the point now, that even when he slowly, and carefully reads his prepared comments, he still screws up.

Why wasn't his wife or the commie there to whisper in his ear? "Hey dumbass you screwed up again. Thought we went over this a million times you idiot!"
