What a disgrace.
He's not saying anything substantive, just rolling those marbles around in his mouth and apparently nothing he wants to get into detail with the public about. He thinks he had a basic decision to make in regards to when and how we would withdraw troops and he stated history will record that his response was the logical, rational decision to make. Nice that he is minimizing all of this since his decision was apparently not a well, thought-out one. There's a significant disconnect between what is coming out of Biden's mouth and what the reality is on the ground in regards to his statement about the Taliban expanding the perimeter. As predicted, this joke of an administration continues to try to dumb down America with this ridiculous window dressing BS.

The pre picked journalists are a disgrace - like I said in the other thread, I wish when picked, they'd defer to another reporter who isn't on that list.

That would be amazing.

Biden also said that history will say that he did the right thing.

Fat chance, Potato Head.

He’s making history alright, just not the way he thinks it does.

Afghanistan Hasn’t Damaged U.S. Credibility
The withdrawal has been tragic—but it hasn’t been a strategic disaster.
By Stephen M. Walt, a columnist at Foreign Policy and the Robert and Renée Belfer professor of international relations at Harvard University.

It makes no difference to US security. The terrorist groups passing through Afghanistan were attacking Iran, Russia, and China. It will actually be much better with all these governments monitoring the Taliban.

Just think how embarrassed you would be if you voted for Trump.

How long did it take Korea to be able to stand on their own 2 feet? 3 or 4 generations?

The Afghan Army wad trained to do what our Army does. Hold and call in Air support.... As long as we had their backs they were willing to go at it. We split overnight and didn't offer them any support... FTS I'd bug out too.....

We'd have pulled out under Trump but the enemy knew the minute they pulled some crap we'd bomb them back into a cave.....

Pentagon unaware that the state department is telling Americans not to go to Kabul air port.

Elect clowns, expect a circus.
