Bill Maher has a point again. Biden is surprised we have mixed couples----where has he been and it's so funny Maher has meat head/Rob Reiner as a guest when he is saying this.
Maher has his head screwed on straight in a way most partisans don’t. I actually can’t think of a right-leaning person who does the same; the ones who I can think of who are doing honest journalism devoid of bomb throwing platitudes and sound bites are kinda on the left. Maher is one of them (though he’s not a journalist). He’s old-school left and doesn’t see any reason to join the wokeness, so he no longer sees like the lefty a-hole personality he was on his old show, Politically Incorrect.
If you talk to most liberals, you would think this country is worse off and more racist than it was before the civil war. It is absurd that this kind of nonsense is taught in universities and that so many actually believe the nonsense. This country has bent over backwards to right the wrongs of the past. More works does need to be done but its nowhere near as bad as liberals claim.

I’d substitute “leftist” for “liberal”. Maher strikes me as an actual liberal, and what much of the left is doing is actually quite illiberal.
That’s kind of why I have found a place in my heart for Maher. He’s clearly left of center, but he’s realistic about what America and the constitution mean (usually). He’s worth a deep listen for anybody, anywhere on the political spectrum.
Remember how Bill Maher loves calling Trump a “whiny little *itch”? Well, looks like he has become the very thing he ridicules.
Listen to him. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. He has no love for Trump, but he’s grounded in a way that few who identify as Democrats or something vaguely on the left are.

Bill has become a democrat corporate hack since he is making millions of dollars in California for years. His show is a joke and the seals he has for a crowd clapping at anything stupid he says just shows what kind of show he has. A second rate comedian lecturing the nation about left wing politics.
