Going to be funny when the Dominion whistle-blowers show the court how they were able to tie into the internet, from the polls.

There won't be any likely anyone who has any money to lose is looking at a settlement with Dominion which will include public apologies such as Foxnews, OAN, and Newsmax. Sidney, and Rudy will simply file BK easier for them to do. I don't think she has much to lose not sure about Rudy I'm hearing he is broke.

attorneys for lindell and mypillow are appealing the decision. they are arguing that dominion is a "public official" since they are a government contractor and should be held to that standard for a defamation case ( the highest. it's next to impossible for a US politician to win a defamation case while in office. ironically trump wanted to change that ).

IMO it's a hail mary attempt on the part of lindell's legal team and i expect the judge(s) to quickly point out that dominion is neither an elected official or running for an elected office and reject the appeal. i would then expect screams from lindell's supporters of "marxist activist judges!!!"

Talk about a hail Mary!

So every "government contractor" is fair game to defame? That argument is beyond DOA...

yep. the best defense in a defamation suit is to show your client is telling the truth....... if you can't do that throw long.

Apparently all of that got lost in the narrative.

rudy's attorneys are now simultaneously arguing that rudy is too ignorant of software to know what he was saying was defamatory and that his statements were "substantially" true.
