if media attention ( both mainstream and wing-nut ) continue then i do expect the police to release some kind of conclusive statement. most likely that there is no evidence to support the claim that there was an assault.

the first statement from the police spokesperson mentioned "hotel room" but the incident did indeed happen in the lobby.

the police have identified the alleged attacker. hopefully we'll get his side of the story. i imagine it will be something along the lines of "i put my arm around lindell for a photo op and that was the end of it".
