Trump cuts a deal with the Taliban for US troops to get out, on conditions that 1) The Taliban break with Al-Qaeda and 2) The Taliban turn nonviolent. Neither occur! Biden gets out too quickly and abruptly, without further checking out the Taliban! Should both sides of the Presidency have followed the old Reagan philosophy of "Trust, but verify?"
